- Fabrice Kouame (Founder)
Fabrice Kouame is the Co-Founder of AFBRIDGE LLC, a U.S.-based advisory firm founded in 2025, specializing in facilitating strategic partnerships and market entry across Africa, with a strong focus on West Africa. He brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of government, international organizations, and private sector engagement.
Prior to founding AFBRIDGE, Fabrice worked with over 10 years with institutions including the U.S. State Department, INTERPOL, and various ministries in Côte d’Ivoire and across West Africa, where he developed extensive experience navigating complex political and operational environments. Through these roles, he built strong, high-level relationships across government, security, and economic sectors.
He has developed particular expertise in strategic sectors such as security, energy, digital transformation, and sports diplomacy, supporting initiatives tied to major international events and partnerships
Fabrice holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Political Science from Université Laval in Canada (Quebec) and has also pursued studies in the United States, further strengthening his international perspective and cross-cultural expertise. Leveraging a broad and trusted network, he is dedicated to unlocking high-impact opportunities and fostering sustainable partnerships between Africa and global markets.
- Maya Fall (Founder)
Nogaye (Maya) Ndao-Fall is Co-Founder and Partner at Afbridge and an international relations and diplomacy expert with over 20 years of experience across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. She has held senior roles with the U.S. Department of State, where she led complex international programs, coordinated high-level diplomatic engagements, and managed large-scale global initiatives, including Expo 2020 Dubai.
She brings a strong track record at the intersection of diplomacy, commerce, and global partnerships, with particular expertise in navigating multicultural and high-stakes environments. Maya has developed a specialization in commercial and sports diplomacy, using international platforms to drive collaboration and economic opportunity.
As Co-Founder of Afbridge, she has unlocked niche opportunities supporting African nations in their participation in the FIFA World Cup 2026 ecosystem, while also facilitating international friendly matches that strengthen visibility and relationships between African federations and European teams.
Maya combines deep knowledge of African geopolitics with strong cultural acumen, focusing on building practical, results-driven partnerships across regions. She holds a Master’s in International Relations from Indiana Wesleyan University and is fluent in English, French, and several African languages.
